Sales Account Manager – Leading Commercial Services Provider

Location: Orange County, CA (Hybrid Remote – Work from Home, Road, Office)

The Opportunity:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing relationships with property owners, facility managers, and commercial clients. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home, the Anaheim office, or in the field, engaging directly with customers to offer tailored service solutions. This role offers uncapped commission potential and long-term equity incentives (LTI)—a unique opportunity in the commercial services industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients, focusing on property owners and facility managers.
  • Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present customized service solutions, effectively communicating value and ROI to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and ensure top-tier customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging a highly competitive commission structure.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience selling commercial services or selling to property owners.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Located in or near Orange County to minimize commute when visiting clients (frequent).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Low $100Ks
  • Uncapped Commission: $30-50k average, potential for more for high performers
  • Long-Term Incentives (LTI) Equity participation
