Location: Twin Cities, MN Area


Reports to: Regional Leadership

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee daily operations and lead both field and office teams to drive strong business performance.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, improve operational alignment, and create the structure needed to support business stability and growth.


Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

  • Oversee overall business performance and operations.
  • Drive revenue growth and operational improvements.
  • Partner with leadership on strategy and execution.

Operational Excellence

  • Improve operational processes, accountability, and performance.
  • Establish clear expectations and leadership structure.

Culture & Team Development

  • Build strong teams and develop future leaders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and engagement.

Market & Team Leadership

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence with the team.
  • Support alignment and communication across the organization.


Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Experience leading operational teams.
  • Ability to drive performance and improve operations.
  • Experience building and developing teams.


Leadership Skills

  • Strong people leadership and communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability.
  • Hands-on leadership approach.


Work Environment & Schedule

This role requires a strong on-site leadership presence and regular engagement with teams.

Compensation & Incentives

Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $140k (plus or minus $15k).

Bonus opportunity of 30% of base, capped at 150% (45% of base), contingent on location and company EBITDA performance.
