This PE client is a top-decile private equity fund with a long history of successful investments in professional, residential, and tech services. This fund grew its revenue from $0 to $2B in just 4 years after 300+ acquisitions.


Their executive leaders who are building this firm are experienced PE operators and represent an all-star team. Past GM hires have included high performing Military Veterans with strong leadership skills and next-level execution abilities. Military profiles include leaders from Special Forces, Ranger Regiment, the nuclear Navy, USMC Infantry and MARSOC, etc. 


Position Details:

This is an opportunity to be the Market Area President and lead multiple businesses within the state, ultimately growing the market to $100M+. The Market Area President will oversee the business GMs, who oversee all aspects of a location’s day-to-day operations. The Market Area President will help drive growth, performance metrics, create an amazing workplace culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator and helping others to do the same. 


You will own the full operating P&L of a specific geography in the continental US and will be responsible for driving organic growth of the business. You will be supported by partner services teams that work at the holding company level, and by adjacent business CEOs.


Additional primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Successful integration of tuck-in acquisitions that occur in your market area
  2. Hiring and managing business leaders within your company
  3. Partnering with peer CEOs to ensure that best practices are shared across the full platform
  4. Working with peers and leadership to share best practices

 

Your Professional Qualifications:

10 years post-military experience of demonstrated >$50M P&L ownership and growth.
