The General Manager leads a residential home services operation serving as the local hub for its territory. The business is an established ~$12M revenue operation with approximately 40 employees operating in a competitive market.

This role is designed for a leader who enjoys building teams, restoring consistency, and driving performance through strong people leadership and operational discipline. The position offers meaningful impact and long-term growth as the organization continues to expand.

Role Overview

The General Manager is responsible for overall branch performance, including operations, sales execution, team leadership, and financial results. This role emphasizes visible leadership, accountability, and execution rather than managing from behind a desk.

The General Manager ensures teams operate in alignment with company standards, deliver a strong customer experience, and contribute to sustainable business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support operational, sales, and administrative teams
  • Own branch-level financial performance and results
  • Drive execution, consistency, and accountability across the operation
  • Stabilize and support the sales organization through structure and coaching
  • Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Reinforce standards for professionalism, conduct, and customer interaction
  • Coach, motivate, and hold leaders and frontline teams accountable
  • Identify and improve operational processes and workflows
  • Partner with senior leadership to align on goals and performance priorities
  • Contribute to a respectful, performance-driven culture

Compensation:

$200,000 base salary + performance-based incentive plan
