The Opportunity: General Manager
Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina (Charlotte metro area)

The business is entering a phase of continued growth and is seeking a senior leader to drive operational performance and scalability.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide overall leadership for facility operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer expectations, and safety standards
- Own full financial performance for the operation, including profitability, cost management, and growth initiatives
- Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing, cross-functional team
- Drive operational execution across production, engineering coordination, and supply chain functions
- Support and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a senior point of contact as needed
- Champion continuous improvement efforts to support efficiency, quality, and scalability
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or general management roles
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience owning results
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
- Hands-on, accountable leadership style with strong communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving
Experience Level:
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or general management
- Prior responsibility for operational and/or financial performance
- Experience supporting growth, change, or scaling organizations
Compensation:
- $160k - $180k Competitive and commensurate with experience
