Position Overview

The company is seeking a technically strong Application Engineer to support design, execution, and coordination across key business functions.

This role requires attention to detail, practical judgment, and the ability to translate customer and operational needs into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical design and application work
• Develop and interpret technical documentation
• Assist with component selection and application decisions
• Partner with internal teams on customer and project requirements
• Support operational and manufacturing execution
• Ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and schedule-aligned
• Contribute to a growing technical organization

Qualifications

Technically savvy, detail-oriented professional with strong ownership

Relevant experience in design, applications engineering, controls, systems, or technical project support preferred

Hands-on technical or equipment-based experience valued

Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Design software experience preferred

Degree beneficial but not required

Work Environment & Travel

Florida-based role

Hands-on, cross-functional environment with regular interaction across internal teams

Travel is not expected to be a major requirement

Compensation

Base salary range: $100K-$120K
