Overview

The Field Sales Representative is a front-line, in-home sales role within a performance-driven residential services organization. This position is responsible for meeting customers in their homes, assessing needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales within a fast, one-on-one sales cycle. The role is designed for competitive, accountable individuals who thrive in results-based environments and take ownership of outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Run in-home sales appointments with residential customers
  • Build rapport quickly and establish trust
  • Assess needs and present clear, customer-focused solutions
  • Close sales while maintaining high ethical standards
  • Manage multiple appointments per day within an assigned territory
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity

Compensation

  • Base salary plus commission

  • Top performers earn up to $300,000+ annually
