About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Director to lead and scale digital marketing strategy for a growing organization focused on customer acquisition and performance-driven marketing.

This role will oversee digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels and will be responsible for improving lead generation, marketing performance, and overall digital effectiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure digital programs align with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and performance of digital marketing programs across multiple channels
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance-focused marketing initiatives
  • Oversee digital marketing vendors and external partners to ensure strong execution and accountability
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategy with broader marketing and business goals
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on digital performance and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

  • Experience leading digital marketing programs and managing performance-driven campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital channels such as paid media, SEO, and website optimization
  • Experience working with marketing vendors, agencies, or external partners
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills



Compensation: $175k base with a 20% base as bonus incentive contingent on company EBITDA performance.
