Position Overview

The General Manager will have full operational and financial responsibility for the business, leading daily operations, driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and developing a strong leadership team. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and strengthen overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a business or business unit with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven success improving operational and financial performance.
• Strong commercial leadership and people management skills.
• High emotional intelligence with a hands-on leadership style.
• Military leadership experience is valued but not required.

Compensation

Base: $150K-$160K + 50K Bonus
