Leadership Development Associate – High-Growth Robotics & Beverage Startup

Location: Seattle, WA (In-Office, 5 Days/Week)

The Opportunity:

As a Leadership Development Associate, you’ll join a hands-on, high-impact 18–24 month program built for Junior Military Officers (JMOs) ready to transition into civilian leadership roles. Working directly alongside the Founder and Head of Execution, you’ll gain exposure to go-to-market strategy, site placement, operations, logistics, and execution. This is an in-person, high-growth opportunity based in downtown Seattle that combines structured mentorship, entrepreneurial responsibility, and real-world execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategy for new market entry and machine placement.
  • Support GTM initiatives including market analysis, site selection, and early deployment operations.
  • Coordinate logistics, operational readiness, and field execution in a dynamic, startup environment.
  • Collaborate with technical, operational, and marketing teams to refine playbooks and processes.
  • Drive communication across functions and provide insight to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, KPI tracking, and rapid scaling initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Recent Junior Military Officer (O-2 or O-3) with a strong leadership background.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven ability to lead, adapt, and execute in high-stakes environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and mission focus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Experience:

  • Interest or background in technology, robotics, food & beverage, or logistics.
  • Familiarity with startup environments or agile execution frameworks.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $100,000
  • Annual Bonus: 10%
  • Signing Bonus: $25,000
  • Equity: 10,000 options in the company’s equity pool
  • Health Benefits: $6,000 annual ICHRA through year-end, with company health plan launching afterward
