Territory Sales Representative


A leading home care organization in Manhattan is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to support and grow referral relationships throughout the city. This is a junior-level, career-track sales role designed for individuals interested in long-term growth within relationship-based healthcare sales.

The role offers hands-on training under a senior representative, with a clear path toward owning accounts, increasing responsibility, and advancing compensation.


The Opportunity

This role provides a unique entry point into a high-performing, relationship-driven sales organization. Representatives gain direct mentorship from experienced professionals while building their own network and book of business. As accounts and relationships are independently managed, the position offers increased ownership, visibility, and earning potential—without requiring a reset of territory or relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, social workers, and community professionals
  • Shadow and support a senior sales representative while learning best practices
  • Attend networking events and maintain a consistent in-person presence across Manhattan
  • Support client onboarding and administrative coordination
  • Gradually assume ownership of assigned accounts and referral relationships

Compensation & Location

  • Mid-high 100s year one 200k+ year 2
  • Fully on-site role in downtown Manhattan
