The Opportunity:
As the General Manager, you will lead a high seven-figure business in the Tampa area, overseeing all aspects of operations, growth, and customer experience. You will have full P&L ownership and be responsible for scaling the business, optimizing performance, and driving profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a high-seven-figure P&L, driving business growth and financial performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.
- Lead a team of managers and frontline employees, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee projects, customer experience, and operational execution to ensure best-in-class results.
- Identify, recruit, and develop top talent, ensuring strong leadership at all levels.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, prioritizing service excellence and long-term relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:

3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in home or commercial services industry or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong financial management expertise, including budgeting and performance analysis.
- Outstanding strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience leveraging technology and data to drive operational efficiencies.
- Project Management in construction is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
