The Role
The assistant operations manager plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring effective coordination across teams, customers, and external partners. This position requires strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities including scheduling, coordination, and logistics
- Serve as a communication hub between internal teams, field personnel, and customers
- Manage incoming requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Identify issues and assist in implementing solutions to maintain smooth operations
- Help improve internal processes and workflows for greater efficiency
- Support planning and execution of ongoing work and upcoming initiatives
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders as needed
- Maintain visibility into operational activity and performance

Compensation
