The Role

The assistant operations manager plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring effective coordination across teams, customers, and external partners. This position requires strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and being at the center of operational activity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational activities including scheduling, coordination, and logistics
  • Serve as a communication hub between internal teams, field personnel, and customers
  • Manage incoming requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
  • Identify issues and assist in implementing solutions to maintain smooth operations
  • Help improve internal processes and workflows for greater efficiency
  • Support planning and execution of ongoing work and upcoming initiatives
  • Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders as needed
  • Maintain visibility into operational activity and performance

Compensation

  • First-year OTE in the low 100Ks
