Position Overview

The organization is seeking an experienced operations executive to lead day-to-day operational performance across multiple functional areas.

This leader will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, improving processes and systems, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with a practical, hands-on management style.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational execution across multiple business functions
  • Drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, and delivery performance
  • Develop and enhance scalable operational systems and processes
  • Partner with senior leadership on organizational planning and business initiatives
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Lead operational improvement and infrastructure development efforts
  • Build, mentor, and develop leadership and operational teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement


Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader with a demonstrated ability to improve performance, lead teams, and support organizational growth within a complex operating environment.

Candidates should possess strong business acumen, leadership capability, and experience managing cross-functional operations in a growth-oriented organization.


Work Environment & Travel

This role requires regular onsite leadership presence and collaboration across operational teams. Limited travel may be required based on business needs.


Compensation

Base salary range: $225K + 25-35% bonus + equity
