Position Overview
The company is seeking a Deployment Strategist to serve as the primary interface between customers, internal teams, and strategic partners throughout the deployment and adoption lifecycle. This is not a traditional sales role. The Deployment Strategist acts as a trusted advisor, relationship manager, and growth leader responsible for helping customers evaluate, implement, and expand the use of advanced technology solutions within their organizations. The ideal candidate combines operational credibility, business acumen, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Successful individuals are comfortable navigating complex organizations, building trusted relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives from initial engagement through long-term adoption. This position requires frequent customer interaction, strategic problem solving, and close collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership teams. Preferred Qualifications
Work Environment & Travel
This role involves frequent travel throughout the United States to support customer engagements, operational demonstrations, deployment activities, and strategic partner meetings. Travel is expected to be approximately 25% to 50%, depending on customer assignments and business needs. Some travel may occur with limited advance notice.
The role requires individuals who are comfortable operating in customer-facing environments, engaging senior stakeholders, and supporting both strategic and operational initiatives.
Compensation
Base Salary: Competitive base + performance-based bonus opportunities and equity participation available.
