Key Responsibilities
Process Development & Standardization
- Evaluate current operational and administrative processes across multiple business functions.
- Partner with project managers, field leaders, and corporate departments to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop standardized procedures that improve operational consistency and execution.
- Document business processes through written procedures, visual workflows, and process maps.
- Establish governance around process ownership and continuous improvement.
Operational Improvement
- Lead initiatives that simplify and improve day-to-day business operations.
- Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, and operational risks.
- Design practical solutions that improve efficiency while maintaining quality and accountability.
- Support implementation of new management systems and operational best practices.
Documentation & Training
- Create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and work instructions.
- Develop training materials, instructional videos, and digital resources to support employee adoption.
- Organize and maintain centralized documentation to ensure processes remain current and easily accessible.
- Support rollout and communication of new procedures across the organization.
Strategic Initiatives
Lead process improvement efforts supporting high-impact operational initiatives, including:
- Standardizing procurement request and material purchasing processes.
- Developing formal policies and procedures governing scrap copper recovery and asset management.
- Improving documentation, accountability, and consistency across operational workflows.
- Identifying additional opportunities to improve business processes as the organization continues to grow.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience documenting and implementing standardized business processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
- Experience creating SOPs, policies, process documentation, or training materials.
