The Service Manager is responsible for leading field operations and supporting the performance, professionalism, and development of service teams within a residential services environment. This role focuses on people leadership, operational consistency, and performance improvement rather than hands-on technical work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support field personnel across service and installation functions
  • Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Reinforce standards for professionalism, appearance, and customer interaction
  • Coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable for performance
  • Support ethical, customer-first service delivery
  • Identify and improve operational processes and workflows
  • Partner with office leadership to support day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and performance-driven culture

Compensation:

$100,000 base salary + 15–20% performance incentive
