Regional General Manager — Dallas

The Opportunity

The Regional General Manager (RGM) will serve as the senior market leader for the Dallas–Fort Worth region. This role is designed for a commercially minded business builder who thrives in externally facing leadership positions and is energized by sales growth, partnerships, and market expansion.

Reporting to senior leadership, the RGM will own market-level growth and strategy while working alongside established operational leaders who manage day-to-day execution. The mandate is clear: expand the funnel, build durable relationships, and scale a high-potential regional platform.



Key Responsibilities

• Act as the senior leader and external face of the business in the Dallas market
• Drive revenue growth through sales expansion, partnerships, and business development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and local stakeholders
• Partner with leadership to execute regional growth strategy
• Align sales and operations leaders around growth priorities
• Support integration of acquisitions and future market expansion

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a market or regional leadership role
• Strong sales, business development, and relationship-building orientation
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality
• Comfort leading through influence in fast-paced, growth environments
• Deep familiarity with the Dallas–Fort Worth market preferred

Compensation & Location

• Total compensation targeted at $200,000+, based on experience and performance
• On-site in Dallas–Fort Worth
