Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas

- Willingness to participate in ride-alongs and stay closely involved with day-to-day field operations
- Strong understanding of technician performance measures, including average ticket, close rate, gross profit, and productivity
- Experience working with P&L performance and a solid understanding of gross profit margin; direct P&L ownership is preferred but can be further developed in the position

- A coaching-focused leadership approach centered on identifying problems and developing people rather than simply giving direction
- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly growing environment where teams and processes will continue to change
- Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus
Work Environment
