Reports To: Director of Digital Marketing

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Strategist supports the Director of Digital Marketing in managing and optimizing lead generation across multiple brands. This role focuses on paid media performance, website optimization, and marketing analytics to drive growth and improve marketing ROI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns
  • Monitor website performance and improve conversion rates
  • Analyze marketing performance data and provide insights
  • Coordinate with agency partners and internal teams
  • Support digital integrations for new brand launches and acquisitions


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of digital marketing or performance marketing experience
  • Experience managing paid media platforms and marketing analytics
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders


Compensation:

Base Salary: $100-125k
