Branch Manager for PE-Backed Operating Company


Location: Charlotte, NC


Company Overview: Our client is a leading PE-backed platform consolidating home services providers across the United States. They have partnered with 30+ local brands and are rapidly expanding their footprint.


The Opportunity: As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a home service company, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will provide strategic guidance, foster a positive and high-performing work environment, and lead a team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve financial objectives. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to set organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission. 
  • Oversee all operational functions, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, employee performance, and resource management. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization. 
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Identify talent needs, participate in the recruitment and selection process, and support the professional development of employees. 
  • Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols. 


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the home service industry or a related field. Prior experience in solar, landscaping, and pest control is a plus. Knowledge of home service regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, including sales and operations experience.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency using technology to drive operational efficiencies.

Compensation: 

  • Mid-$100k OTE
