Position Overview
The General Manager will lead the launch and day-to-day leadership of a new Nashville operation, with full responsibility for team performance, execution, and business results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can translate strategy into action, build accountability, and create a strong foundation for growth.

- Launch and lead the local operation
- Oversee daily business performance and service execution

Work Environment & Travel

Compensation
Base salary of $90K plus annual profit share equal to 5% of branch profit and additional long-term upside tied to branch value creation.
