Position Overview:

As a Director of Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our operations, corporate strategy and growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to executive various operations initiatives (i.e. tech implementation, transition services for deals we buy, etc.), identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic investments. Your management skills, strategic mindset, and proactive approach will be critical to our continued success and expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to drive strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Business Development: Lead a team to support the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and mergers & acquisitions.


Qualifications:

  • We are a high pace/growth oriented team. A players only! We are looking for folks who want to be pushed to grow and want to drive a bigger impact in a 1 + 1 = 3 team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Military experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or investment banking.
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, military, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong management skills with proficiency in leading people.
  • Excellent research, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Compensation: High $100Ks (Base+Bonus) + significant equity
