The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a growth-minded Vice President of Operations to help lead and scale operations within a project-based services business. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will play a critical part in driving execution, strengthening teams, and building repeatable operating systems that support long-term growth.
This leader will bring an ownership mindset, a bias toward action, and the ability to translate strategy into execution—while fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and retain top operational talent
- Build a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement
Operational Excellence
- Strengthen and standardize operating processes to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability
- Drive on-time, on-budget project execution with a strong customer-first mindset
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales and leadership to align execution with growth objectives
- Improve communication, handoffs, and accountability across teams
Systems & Reporting
- Support the implementation and adoption of core operating systems and reporting rhythms
- Use data and KPIs to inform decisions and drive performance
Execution & Change Management
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Champion change while maintaining operational stability and momentum

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000–$160,000, commensurate with experience
