Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Vice President of Marketing to build and lead a performance-driven marketing organization. This executive leader will own the full marketing lifecycle from demand generation and conversion through retention and reputation management and will be accountable for measurable business impact across the network.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in high-growth, operationally complex environments and understands how to scale localized marketing efforts while maintaining enterprise alignment.


The VP of Marketing will oversee enterprise brand strategy, field and local marketing initiatives, recruitment marketing, digital performance channels, and customer engagement programs. Success in this role will require close partnership with operations, talent acquisition, technology, and executive leadership teams.


Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Drive client acquisition, retention, reactivation, and overall marketing ROI across a multi-location network
  • Establish KPI frameworks that connect marketing performance to operational and financial outcomes
  • Develop scalable reporting and analytics processes that support rapid decision-making and prioritization
  • Balance short-term demand generation initiatives with long-term brand and market positioning strategies

Field & Local Marketing

  • Build and scale localized marketing playbooks that support individual practice growth while preserving local brand identity
  • Lead strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, local SEO, reputation management, referral initiatives, and geo-targeted campaigns
  • Ensure marketing efforts align with operational capacity, staffing realities, and regional market dynamics
  • Support launches and onboarding efforts for newly integrated locations

Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Build and lead a lean, high-performing internal marketing team while managing agency and vendor relationships
  • Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, speed, and continuous optimization
  • Partner closely with Operations, HR/Talent Acquisition, and Technology teams to align marketing strategies with broader organizational objectives
  • Integrate marketing into operational review cadences and business planning processes

Brand, Talent & B2B Marketing

  • Lead enterprise brand initiatives, digital presence, events, and external communications
  • Develop recruitment marketing strategies that support clinician and professional hiring efforts
  • Support partnership development and broader B2B growth initiatives
  • Strengthen visibility and positioning in highly competitive local markets

Marketing Operations & Technology

  • Help evolve the marketing technology stack, including CRM, website, analytics, and reporting capabilities
  • Develop actionable dashboards and insights in a fast-paced, evolving data environment
  • Manage marketing budgets with disciplined investment oversight and clear ROI accountability


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within multi-location, consumer services, healthcare, retail, franchise, or other distributed operating environments
  • Proven success building and scaling marketing functions in high-growth organizations
  • Strong background in field marketing, performance marketing, and localized demand generation strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-moving, data-limited environments
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong execution capabilities
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and internal teams


Work Environment & Travel

  • Remote
  • Approximately 20% travel required for leadership meetings, site visits, and strategic initiatives


Compensation:

  • Low 200K's OTE
