Position: General Manager – Nashville

Compensation: Low 200ks OTE

Our client is building a best-in-class home services company from the ground up in Nashville. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned operator to lead all aspects of a greenfield business, from strategy and team-building to operations, growth, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch and growth of the Nashville market, including P&L ownership and overall business performance.
- Build, recruit, and manage a high-performing team across operations, sales, service delivery, and support functions.
- Develop and implement operational processes that drive efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and repeatable growth.
- Establish local vendor/partner relationships and oversee supply chain, logistics, and service execution.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to optimize performance across revenue, margins, and customer retention.
- Serve as the public face of the business in Nashville, maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and the community.
- Collaborate with the executive team to inform broader company strategy and share learnings from the market launch.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in general management, operations, or business leadership—experience in home services, field services, or related industries preferred.
- Proven P&L ownership and ability to grow a greenfield or high-growth business.
- Strong operational, financial, and analytical skills.
- Experience building and leading teams in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to be hands-on in early-stage operations to ensure success.
