Sales Manager, Public Safety

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Sales Executive with the vision and grit necessary to join our team and drive meaningful growth for the organization. This role involves owning and managing the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline management, closing deals, and collaborating with Customer Success to onboard new clients. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside a dedicated and knowledgeable team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with 911 and EMS leaders to understand their organizational needs.
- Conduct market and competitive research to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Proactively prospect new business, manage the sales pipeline, and build relationships from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Lead the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers and industry partners.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, educate potential clients and leverage subject matter experts when necessary.
- Lead and support contract negotiations, manage pipeline forecasting, and drive sales opportunities to closure.
- Maintain accurate data and client information in the company CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in successful outreach and sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience working with EMS systems or public safety agencies is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed key performance measures consistently.
- Experience with procurement-based sales processes and complex contract negotiations is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100 - $150k + commission structure
- Remote work flexibility.
