The Opportunity: Vice President of Strategic Partnerships


Location: Multiple preferred locations across the Southeast


Reports to: CEO

Position Overview

The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will build and lead a key revenue channel across a distributed operating environment. This role blends strategy and execution, with responsibility for developing systems, teams, and performance standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a centralized capability across multiple markets
  • Lead workflow execution from intake through payment
  • Recruit and manage a specialized team
  • Establish processes, SLAs, and performance standards
  • Partner with field leaders to drive alignment and execution
  • Manage external relationships and ensure quality outcomes
  • Track KPIs including conversion, cycle time, and accuracy
  • Improve systems, reporting, and operational visibility


Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an operational, data-driven leader with experience building teams and systems in complex environments. They bring strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to drive results through influence and execution.


Work Environment & Travel

Multi-location role with periodic travel to operating sites throughout the year.


Compensation

Base salary: 200K OTE with performance-based incentives and equity participation.
