Position Overview

The Deployed Engineer serves as a trusted technical advisor, partnering directly with enterprise customers to solve complex operational challenges through data, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled solutions. This role combines technical problem-solving, customer engagement, and consulting to deliver scalable solutions that create measurable business impact.

Working alongside experienced engineers, technical leaders, and customer stakeholders, you will develop expertise in data engineering, systems integration, and modern software platforms while helping organizations solve real-world operational challenges across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and develop technology-driven solutions.

• Build data pipelines and support AI, automation, and cloud-based initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Applied Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data engineering, AI/Machine Learning, or automation technologies.
• Military leadership experience in technical environments such as Information Warfare, Cyber Operations, Intelligence, Space Operations, Aviation, Nuclear Operations, Systems Engineering, Robotics, Logistics, Maintenance, Operational Planning, Data Analytics, or Research & Development.
• Experience integrating complex systems, solving mission-critical problems, or supporting senior leaders through technical analysis is highly valued.

Work Environment & Travel

This is a remote U.S.-based position requiring approximately 40% travel, particularly during the first year. Candidates should reside near a major airport, as travel primarily consists of planned, on-site customer engagements across the United States in a collaborative, customer-facing environment.

Compensation: $190K Base + Bonus
