The Opportunity: General Superintendent

Location: North or Central Alabama

Company Overview:

In this role, the General Superintendent will serve as a senior field leader supporting multiple commercial construction efforts. The position focuses on guiding field operations, promoting strong execution, and supporting leadership development across project teams. This opportunity allows for close collaboration with both field and organizational leadership while contributing to consistent operational performance.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Significant experience within construction field operations
• Proven success in senior field leadership or supervisory positions
• Broad understanding of commercial construction settings
• Ability to guide, develop, and support field leadership personnel
• Strong communication skills across both field and management teams
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, results-focused environments
• Experience working within established operational frameworks
• Background in commercial construction required; exposure to heavy or specialty construction is beneficial

Experience Level:

• 10+ years of experience in construction-related field roles
• Previous experience in a senior superintendent or comparable leadership position preferred

Compensation:

Competitive base salary in the $150,000 range, based on experience
