The Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
The RSM will be responsible for sales closing roles, carrying a quota, and selling cybersecurity solutions
Key Qualifications and Skills:

Cybersecurity sales: Demonstrated history and understanding of selling cybersecurity solutions, particularly in the direct MDR (Managed Detection and Response) space or tangential areas like SIM (Security Information and Event Management) and network detection.

SaaS sales: While not strictly required, a background in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales with a proven track record of top performance is highly valued.

Understanding of buying personas: The candidate should understand the buying personas within the cybersecurity sector.
Experience Level:
- 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Experience selling cybersecurity, preferably in the direct Managed Detection and Response (MDR) space or a tangential cyber space
- Ideally, a history in SaaS sales with a tenured record of top performance
- Experience selling complex cyber platform capabilities (e.g., SIM)
- Experience with mid-enterprise to enterprise sales cycles
Compensation:
- Mid to upper $200Ks OTE 1st year (uncapped earning potential - some seasoned earners are in the $400s)
