Primary Responsibilities and Duties

The Vice President & General Manager will be responsible for leading overall business operations, including:

  • Owning full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
  • Leading day-to-day operational performance and business execution
  • Building and developing a strong leadership team
  • Implementing processes and systems that support operational efficiency and scalability
  • Driving strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management
  • Supporting growth initiatives and strengthening key relationships
  • Creating a culture of accountability, leadership development, and continuous improvement


Key Qualifications and Skills

Operational Leadership: Experience leading teams or business units and driving operational performance.

P&L Ownership: Demonstrated financial accountability and business management experience.

Change Leadership: Ability to guide organizations through growth, operational improvements, or transformation.

Team Development: Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to align operational execution with broader business objectives.


Experience Level

  • Previous general management or senior operations leadership experience
  • Experience with P&L ownership in construction
  • Experience leading teams and improving operational performance
  • Experience operating in growing or evolving organizations


Compensation

Base Salary: $275,000 – $300,000K

Bonus: Target 40% - Uncapped

Equity: Long-term incentive opportunity
