The Opportunity: Project Superintendent
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Reports To: Vice President of Operations

As a Project Superintendent, you will serve as the primary field execution leader, partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in strict alignment with project plans and schedules.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the on-site field leader, ensuring execution aligns with project plans, schedules, and safety requirements
- Coordinate daily field activities with Project Managers, crew leadership, general contractors, and trade partners
- Manage site logistics and sequencing across multiple trades
- Oversee layout activities, including coordination with surveying firms as required
- Identify, source, and procure equipment and materials needed for execution
- Order concrete, miscellaneous materials, and component parts
- Receive, stage, and properly store materials on-site
- Ensure materials are installed according to specifications and schedule
- Attend job site meetings and provide accurate, timely field updates
- Drive labor productivity expectations, targeting high-efficiency use of on-site hours
- Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive field experience as a construction superintendent or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and trades in demanding environments
- High level of professionalism and respect for all project stakeholders
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Comfort working long hours on-site in fast-paced, high-expectation settings
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and construction technologies preferred
Experience Level
- Seasoned construction professional with significant field leadership experience
- Demonstrated success managing complex, schedule-driven projects
- Experience working in high-urgency or mission-critical environments preferred
Travel & Work Expectations
- 100% travel role, with reasonable flexibility for personal commitments
- Approximately 50 hours per week on site
- Willingness to be fully embedded in projects for extended durations
