Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for full ownership of assigned projects from kickoff through closeout. This role oversees planning, coordination, communication, and financial performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
Project Managers are expected to think several steps ahead, proactively identify risks and next actions, and communicate clearly with customers, internal teams, and partners. As the organization continues to grow and manage increasingly complex scopes, the project manager plays a key role in coordinating specifications, contract requirements, and cross-functional execution.
This position is suited for professionals who can lead people and processes—not just manage tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules using standard project management tools
- Proactively identify risks, constraints, and upcoming needs related to labor, materials, and logistics
- Manage contracts, change orders, labor planning, and material procurement
- Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance
- Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and changes to customers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure execution aligns with project plans
- Partner with internal teams on scheduling, resourcing, documentation, and closeout activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and company policies
