The Opportunity: General Manager

Location: Eastern Washington

Reports to: Executive Leadership

Compensation: $200K–$225K Base + 50% Bonus + Long-Term Incentives (LTIs)

Position Overview

The General Manager will lead day-to-day operations, drive financial performance, and work with executive leadership to execute strategic priorities and improve overall business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations and financial performance.
• Lead and develop teams across multiple functions.
• Manage P&L performance and drive profitability.
• Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
• Strengthen accountability and improve internal processes.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a business, business unit, or multi-site operation.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L and financial performance.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing teams and improving business results.
• Military leadership experience is a plus.

Work Environment & Location
