The Opportunity: Head of Legal

Position Overview

The Head of Legal will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership and support a broad range of legal and business matters.

This individual will balance strategic counsel with hands-on execution and help the organization navigate growth, complexity, and change.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on legal and business matters
• Manage commercial agreements and contracts
• Support corporate and transactional initiatives
• Oversee compliance and risk-related matters
• Manage relationships with outside counsel
• Partner with leaders across the organization
• Develop scalable legal processes and practices
• Provide practical guidance on complex or ambiguous issues

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an experienced legal leader with broad corporate and commercial experience and a track record of working closely with senior executives.

Strong candidates will be pragmatic, entrepreneurial, confident, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with significant autonomy.

Work Environment & Travel

This role will work closely with leadership teams across the organization, with periodic travel as needed.

Compensation

Base salary in the low to mid $200Ks, plus equity
