Sales Coordinator

Location: Lacombe, Alberta (Full-time on-site)

Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team with data-driven decision-making and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support daily sales operations, including beef allocation tasks and sales order coordination

● Analyze sales, inventory, and work order data to identify trends and discrepancies

● Maintain and improve Excel-based reporting tools and dashboards

● Collaborate with the Sales, Production, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on

allocations and reporting

● Assist with ERP system entries, data accuracy, and sales reporting tasks

● Continuously streamline and improve sales processes and reporting mechanisms

● Generate and distribute weekly and monthly performance and inventory reports

Qualifications:

● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, and data visualizations)

● Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)

● High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity

● Strong analytical and organizational skills

● Previous experience in sales support, operations, data analysis, or a similar administrative/technical role

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

○ Experience in agri-food, meat processing, or manufacturing environments

○ Familiarity with sales allocation workflows or inventory management
