THE GIST:
Our client, an inventive venture capital firm in San Francisco, seeks a top-tier Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support their Managing Partner. This role will be responsible for expertly streamlining the partner's day to day, in both a business and personal capacity. The ideal candidate has an impressive EA career in tech or venture capital and has experience acting as an extension of their executive + impeccable attention to detail.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Strategically manage executive's complex calendar, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments across different time zones
- Maximize and prioritize the executive's time & schedule
- Assist with personal matters such as booking appointments, making reservations, hiring household staff, working with vendors, etc.
- Arrange travel and create itineraries
- Regularly interact with VIPs & important stakeholders and act as an excellent representation of the firm
- Handle incoming & outgoing email communications with discretion, confidentiality, and urgency
- Plan firm meetings & events and act as day-of point person
- Compose briefing materials, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Document meeting minutes for internal & external meetings
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Proofread & edit reports, memos, and correspondences
- Cohesively collaborate with other departments, administrative staff, and other team members
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects, as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Previous experience supporting an executive in venture capital or tech required
- Previous experience with personal assistant support highly preferred
- Flexibility to work from corporate office and executive's personal home (both in San Francisco)
- Superb attention to detail - crossing every t and dotting every i
- Flexibility to work onsite in accordance to executive's schedule
- Positive and professional communication style
- Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with competing priorities
- Reliable & resourceful nature
- Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute to the collective success of the firm

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - weekly schedule varies depending on executive's needs)
COMPENSATION: $150k-170k base salary + benefits + bonus (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
