THE GIST:
Our client, a private investment firm with an impressive portfolio, seeks a stellar Executive Assistant to support one of the firm's Founding Partners in Palo Alto. This role will involve expert coordination of domestic & international travel, and management of the executive's complex calendar, in addition to overseeing special projects and working collaboratively with other team members. The ideal candidate will bring a polished & professional demeanor, keen attention to detail, and top-tier organizational skills to the role. Previous administrative support experience in private equity, investment banking, and/or venture capital highly preferred.

COMPENSATION: Base salary: $140,000/yr - $175,000/yr + bonus + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
