THE GIST:
Our client, a well-established real estate development & homebuilding firm, is seeking an expert Executive Personal Assistant to support its entrepreneurial owner across a dynamic blend of business and personal priorities. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful, with outstanding judgment and discretion. You'll manage complex logistics, coordinating projects, conducting research, supporting business initiatives, and helping oversee personal matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant who enjoys operating at the center of a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment!
THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Act as the Owner's trusted partner, providing high-level administrative and operational support across business and personal matters
- Manage an ever-changing calendar, priorities, and communications with professionalism and discretion
- Support household and personal operations by coordinating vendors, home staff, appointments, errands, and other logistical needs
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, dining reservations, and special requests
- Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and other business applications
- Conduct research on a wide range of topics, including business opportunities, market trends, municipalities, zoning regulations, and emerging initiatives
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, external partners, government agencies, consultants, and vendors
- Interface professionally with executives, clients, public officials, contractors, and other key stakeholders
- Assist with event planning, including business functions, client events, and personal gathering
- Help organize and maintain both personal and business records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Provide administrative support for the Owner's philanthropic and board commitments
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help drive projects forward with minimal direction
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, founders, owners, or entrepreneurs
- Experience supporting executives in real estate, construction, land development, architecture, engineering, or related industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Naturally proactive with exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple business & personal priorities
- Responsive nature and ability to respond to action items outside of regular business hours
- Highly trustworthy with impeccable discretion and sound judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research capabilities and intellectual curiosity
- Tech-savvy with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience creating presentations and professional documents
- Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating both executive support and operational responsibilities
- Professional, personable, and confident interacting with individuals at every level

COMPENSATION: $150k to 225k base salary + discretionary bonus + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
