THE GIST:
Our client, a successful venture capital CEO/Founder and investor, is seeking a highly organized & proactive Administrative Assistant to support them, in partnership with their Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally leans in, takes ownership, and figures things out. You'll help keep the CEO organized, support a wide range of professional and occasional personal needs, and make the CEO's day-to-day life as seamless as possible.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, proactively coordinating meetings, priorities, scheduling changes, and competing demands.
- Help build and maintain systems for organizing the CEO's extensive professional network, including building and managing a CRM from the ground up.
- Leverage technology and AI tools to improve organization, communication, productivity, and workflows.
- Work comfortably across Google Workspace, Gmail, Excel, Slack, ChatGPT, CRM platforms, and other productivity tools.
- Support speaking engagements, events, and other professional commitments, coordinating schedules, logistics, wardrobe, styling, and other details.
- Provide occasional light personal support, including returns, clothing, appointments, and errands.
- Partner closely with the CEO's Executive Assistant and Office Manager to determine what should be handled internally, delegated, or outsourced.
- Take ownership of administrative and operational projects, jumping in wherever needed.
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot problems, and handle last-minute changes with composure and a positive attitude.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when working with confidential information and prominent individuals.
- Be a reliable, collaborative partner to the broader support team and contribute wherever you can add value.
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 1+ year(s) of professional experience in a fast-paced environment (high-end hospitality/retail, fashion & beauty, politics, entertainment/media, finance, tech, personal assistance, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Naturally proactive and comfortable working without a detailed playbook.
- Tech-savvy and genuinely interested in AI, including finding practical ways to use AI tools to work more efficiently.
- A strong communicator with polished written and verbal communication skills.
- Discreet, mature, and comfortable interacting with senior executives and high-profile individuals.
- A strong problem-solver with sound judgment and the ability to know when to take initiative and when to ask for direction.
- Adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys being helpful and has a no-task-is-too-small mentality.
- Positive, curious, and eager to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
- Comfortable occasionally supporting evenings or weekends when business needs require it.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and other standard productivity tools.

COMPENSATION: $90k-115k base salary + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
