About the Company

Our client is a well-established commercial furniture dealer representing multiple premium global brands across the UAE. With a strong presence in corporate, hospitality, education, and government projects, they deliver high-quality workspace solutions tailored to modern environments. They are now looking to hire an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their growing Abu Dhabi team.


About the Role

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new business, and delivering project-based solutions to clients across the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a furniture dealer, fit-out company, or interiors supplier within the GCC region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, design/architecture, and contractor accounts.
  • Identify new project opportunities across the UAE and drive end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Present product solutions, workspace concepts, and brand portfolios to clients and consultants.
  • Work closely with internal design, project, and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support the company’s commercial strategy.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, 3–5 years of sales experience within commercial furniture, interiors, fit-out, or workspace solutions (mandatory).
  • Strong network within design firms, contractors, corporate clients, and procurement teams in Dubai.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage long sales cycles.
  • Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
