Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Freelance will be considered)
Salary: Depending on experience + uncapped commission
Location: Dubai, UAE (Fully Remote Option)
Overview:
We seek highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Consultants with extensive experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (RPS) and other tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE job market, with a specific focus on the industry of your choice. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent, ensuring our clients can access the best candidates in their niche areas.
Additionally, you will be building your desk in your chosen industry with full support from the management team who will help and guide you to build a pipeline of clients and grow your desk effectively.
The job is completely remote with an option to attend a co-working space if needed/preferred, this also means you need to be a self-starter and manage your time effectively. Progression to more senior positions will be based on performance, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
New Clients and Business Development
- Utilize your time to identify potential clients and contact them for potential opportunities.
- Track and manage your client pipeline.
- Working with clients to the highest standard of respect and professionalism
Talent Sourcing and Identification:
- Utilize LinkedIn RPS and other relevant platforms to identify and approach potential candidates within the UAE market.
- Conduct thorough candidate searches, leveraging Boolean searches and other advanced techniques to find specialized talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market demands, and talent availability in the UAE.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential growth areas and emerging technologies, keeping the recruitment strategies aligned with market demands.
Candidate Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Initiate and maintain relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations, skills, and preferences.
- Facilitate initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience, ensuring candidates are well-informed and supported throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market insights, and industry trends to internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, guiding them through the application and interview process.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview outcomes.
- Generate reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (RPS) for talent sourcing and engagement.
- Must have experience in gaining new business/clients
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE job market, particularly within your chosen industry.
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and market analysis.
- Strong understanding of the fitout industry and the technology sector, including key skills, roles, and industry-specific nuances.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Education and Experience:
- Working to targets and sales strategy knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Researcher/Consultant, preferably in the UAE.
- Certification in LinkedIn RPS or similar platforms is a plus.
