About the Role


8 Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading joinery and fit-out company specialising in high-performance fire-rated and acoustic timber doors, as they look to hire an experienced Project Sales Manager to join their team in UAE.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales professional from the door or joinery manufacturing industry to represent premium technical door solutions across the UAE and GCC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project-based sales, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships within the regional construction sector.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead sales activities for the company’s fire-rated and acoustic door systems across the UAE and wider GCC.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to tendering, negotiation, and project closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and interiors sectors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for design, production, and installation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Travel across GCC markets to establish distribution channels and grow regional sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities.



Requirements


  • 8–10 years of sales experience in the construction industry, specifically managing door packages within projects (Mandatory).
  • Previous experience with a reputable joinery or door manufacturing company (Mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of fire-rated and acoustic timber door systems.
  • A well-established network within the UAE construction industry (Mandatory); exposure to the KSA market is a strong advantage.
  • Technical qualification such as a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Arabic will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally when required.
  • Motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
