Job Description: Sales Account Manager - Office Furniture

Location: Dubai

Salary: 25,000 AED per month + Commission

Presently, we are representing a renowned distributor of office furniture products in the UAE. Our client is seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Account Manager to join their team and drive sales of office furniture in Dubai and the surrounding Emirates.


Position Overview:


As a Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by promoting and selling a diverse range of office furniture products to businesses, government entities, educational institutions, and other commercial establishments in Dubai. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the vibrant Dubai market.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and surpass sales targets within the Dubai market.
  • Identify and prioritize prospective clients and market segments, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and effectively managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Continuously analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement proactive measures to drive revenue growth.


Relationship Management:

  • Establish and cultivate enduring relationships with key target organisations' key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and present appropriate office furniture solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as design, installation, and customer support to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.


Market Intelligence and Business Development:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to office furniture in Dubai.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential partnerships to expand the client base and increase market share.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility, generate leads, and build professional relationships.


Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales activities, and revenue forecasts, using CRM tools or other designated systems.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and potential risks.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the office furniture industry or related B2B sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai market, including its business landscape, key industries, and decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field (preferred).
