Our client is seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Account Manager to join their team and drive sales of office furniture in Dubai and the surrounding Emirates.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by promoting and selling a diverse range of office furniture products to businesses, government entities, educational institutions, and other commercial establishments in Dubai. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the vibrant Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and surpass sales targets within the Dubai market.
- Identify and prioritize prospective clients and market segments, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
- Build a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and effectively managing the entire sales cycle.
- Continuously analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement proactive measures to drive revenue growth.
Relationship Management:
- Establish and cultivate enduring relationships with key target organisations' key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and present appropriate office furniture solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as design, installation, and customer support to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence and Business Development:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to office furniture in Dubai.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential partnerships to expand the client base and increase market share.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility, generate leads, and build professional relationships.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales activities, and revenue forecasts, using CRM tools or other designated systems.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and potential risks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the office furniture industry or related B2B sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai market, including its business landscape, key industries, and decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field (preferred).
