A leading AI writing assistance company is looking for a Corporate FP&A Manager/Sr. Manager to join our Finance team. This role will support the Finance team’s mission to help achieve short and long-term financial goals. This foundational role will be pivotal in operationalizing our growth and hiring plans. With a focus on Compensation and Benefits, this person will establish detailed and efficient processes with People business partners, including developing and implementing a highly collaborative headcount process and planning people-related expenses. Your impact
As Corporate FP&A manager/senior manager, you’ll excel by proactively identifying and taking ownership of critical workstreams. Developing solid relationships with business partners will build complex cross-functional processes and reporting that provide detailed, analytical, and actionable insights. In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive headcount planning process with key senior leaders, resulting in accurate financial predictions.
- Prepare data and create reporting with crucial drivers and financials that identify takeaways to planning and strategic decision-making.
- Build the financial strategy and forecasts with the People team for compensation, benefits, quality of life, and professional services strategy.
- Collaborate with key business partners and accounting during the month-end close to identifying variances' implications.
- Participate in developing and implementing policies and controls to ensure proper data governance.
- Create ad-hoc reporting to support business initiatives as needed.

- 8+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A experience.
