Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer Consultant 

Salary: This is a project-based role with an hourly rate of $90-$120 (DOE), paid either upon completion of services rendered or bi-weekly based on interim work completed.

Position Overview:

Consulting & Business Services California Consultant

As a Chief Revenue Officer consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize revenue growth and profitability for our clients. You will provide strategic leadership in areas such as sales management, marketing alignment, and business development



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies that align with client objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead the sales management process, including setting sales targets, developing sales plans, and overseeing the sales team’s performance.
  • Align marketing and sales efforts to ensure cohesive messaging and effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to expand client revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to integrate revenue growth strategies with overall business plans and operational objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proven expertise in revenue growth strategy, sales management, and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive revenue generation and team performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Proficiency in aligning marketing and sales efforts for optimal lead generation and conversion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability and resilience in navigating complex revenue growth challenges in diverse business environments.


Education and Experience:


  • A BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue growth roles, with a demonstrated history of driving sales and profitability.
