Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer Consultant (interim CPCO/CHRO)

Salary: This is a project-based role with an hourly rate of $90-$120 (DOE), paid either upon completion of services rendered or bi-weekly based on interim work completed.

Position Overview:

Lionheart Advisory Services is seeking experienced financial executives to join our team as Chief Human Resources Officer consultants. Leverage your financial expertise to drive strategic financial planning, risk management, and investment analysis for our diverse client base.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the client's business goals and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Lead talent management efforts, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and succession planning, to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Advise on organizational development and change management initiatives to drive transformation and enhance employee engagement.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage employee relations to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR practices with the overall strategic direction of the organization.

Our consultants work closely with clients to:


  • Identify Target Markets: Analyze market trends and client capabilities to identify high-potential target markets for lead generation efforts.
  • Develop Lead Generation Strategies: Create customized strategies that utilize a mix of digital marketing, networking, and direct outreach to attract and engage potential leads.
  • Optimize Marketing Efforts: Advise on the optimization of marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media presence to increase visibility and attract leads.
  • Nurture Relationships: Assist in building and nurturing relationships with potential leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
  • Measure and Analyze Results: Implement metrics and analytics to track the success of lead generation activities and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Proven expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation.

  • Deep knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in human resources management.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and impactful HR solutions.


Education and Experience:


  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in senior HR roles, with a proven track record of leading HR initiatives and driving organizational change.
