Job Title: Chief Financial Officer Consultant

Salary: This is a project-based role with an hourly rate of $90-$120 (DOE), paid either upon completion of services rendered or bi-weekly based on interim work completed.

Position Overview:

Consulting & Business Services California Consultant

Lionheart Advisory Services is seeking experienced financial executives to join our team as Chief Financial Officer consultants. Leverage your financial expertise to drive strategic financial planning, risk management, and investment analysis for our diverse client base.


Responsibilities



  • Conduct financial assessments to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements within client organizations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with client goals, focusing on long-term financial stability and profitability.
  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes, providing clients with insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
  • Advise on risk management practices, including identifying financial risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of financial systems and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance on investment strategies, capital allocation, and funding options to support business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to integrate financial strategies with overall business plans and operational objectives.


Our consultants work closely with clients to:


  • Identify Target Markets: Analyze market trends and client capabilities to identify high-potential target markets for lead generation efforts.
  • Develop Lead Generation Strategies: Create customized strategies that utilize a mix of digital marketing, networking, and direct outreach to attract and engage potential leads.
  • Optimize Marketing Efforts: Advise on the optimization of marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media presence to increase visibility and attract leads.
  • Nurture Relationships: Assist in building and nurturing relationships with potential leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
  • Measure and Analyze Results: Implement metrics and analytics to track the success of lead generation activities and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Proven expertise in financial strategy, planning, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor financial teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable financial insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability and resilience, with a proven track record of navigating financial challenges in diverse business environments


Education and Experience:


  • A BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree in finance preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a demonstrated history of driving financial success and business growth.
  • CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
