POSITION: Operations Associate

SALARY: $55,000 to $75,000 Annual Salary

LOCATION: Remote

Job Summary:


The Operations Associate will provide high-level support within the Operations team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and program management-related tasks, have excellent organizational skills, and be able to work independently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The Operations Associate will work closely with various teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. The position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to social justice and equity.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Certificate Training Series (CTS) Support: Provide administrative and logistical support for the Certificate Training Series, including disseminating marketing materials, managing the onboarding process, coordinating with facilitators, managing participant attendance, preparing materials, and supporting event logistics.
  • Internal and External Communications: Assist in drafting, editing, and disseminating internal and external communications, including emails and other outreach materials.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including participant information, event attendance, and communication history.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative support to the organization, such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and handling inquiries.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system for database management.
  • Commitment to social justice and equity, aligned with the mission and values of the organization.
